About the Wells Academy of Theatrical Arts

Wells Academy of Theatrical Arts was established by Penelope Lambert (Miss Penny) in September 2000.

Penny had been teaching in Many schools in the UK and abroad and realised that the children she met loved, more than anything, acting, singing and dancing at the same time, and being in shows. It was this that inspired her to open the academy - where she created a fun and affordable atmosphere where children could learn to perform whilst building confidence and making new friends. Since then the school has been proud to be a big part of many young peoples lives in Wells and continues to be so.

The Wells Academy of Theatrical Arts gives musical theatre classes which combine singing, drama and dance lessons and tuition for children aged 4 to 18 years.

Our fun and dynamic classes are designed and delivered by our team of highly trained and fully professional teachers.
